The first day of Spring is just a few weeks away! I’m sure for so many of you bundled under the winter weather, you cannot wait for sunny, warm days ahead with your feet curled up in the grass. There is no doubt that we are spoiled here in Southern California with an abundance of warmth, but just being able to say that it’s officially Spring gives us a whole new set of goals to cross off our to do list this season.
I have been really focused on my health and wellness the past few months and am really noticing the overall changes in how I feel on a daily basis and want to continue allowing myself to take the time to work on me. This means heading to the beach, the mountains, healthy cooking and living and pursuing some of my hobbies that have always been pushed to the side. Here’s what goals I have on my Spring To Do List —
